Digital support for rollout of new hotel brand

Interior of a room in a new hotel brand

Our end client is one of the largest global hotel companies – with over 5500 hotels, some of the most recognisable brands in the industry and an extensive portfolio. We often work under non-disclosure agreements, so are not able to name them directly but the work we do for them is transferable to many other market sectors, including travel and leisure.

Having developed a new Hotel concept which required a European, and subsequently global rollout, we were asked to create a solution which facilitated their brand collateral being available online and not just in print, as it had in the past.

To support this, we worked with them to develop their website guidelines and then build their first sites using WordPress.

As the rollout progressed, we are now in the process of creating a custom WordPress theme, which can be provided for new hotels to use, giving them complete independence. It allows them to work with agencies local to their territory and gives them greater control of their communications, whilst staying on brand.

As an extension of this work, we have created an online ‘brand guideline’ site to support new hotels in creating all of their marketing collateral.
