Google Analytics is a free web analytics service that gives you insightful reports that provide valuable insights into your business. The latest version known as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) builds on the “App+Web” property that spent a year in beta mode. This latest version is better placed to be able to measure user interaction with Websites and Web and Mobile Apps due to its measurement model being based on Events and parameters. Page Views, Scrolls, Outbound Clicks, Site Search, Video Engagement and File downloads are all events you can get reports on.
